Ingredients:
4 cups beef broth
1 kg ripe tomatoes
100 grams cream cheese
100 grams onions, finely sliced
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1 tablespoon butter

Method:
- Heat the butter, saute garlic and onions until fragrant
