Tomato Cream Soup (Sup Krim Tomat)

Tomato Cream Soup Recipe (Resep Sup Krim Tomat)
Tomato Cream Soup
Ingredients:
4 cups beef broth
1 kg ripe tomatoes
100 grams cream cheese
100 grams onions, finely sliced
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1 tablespoon butter
enough salt and sugar

Method:

  • Heat the butter, saute garlic and onions until fragrant
  • Add the stock, pepper, nutmeg, salt, sugar and tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes wilt
  • Strain and boil again. Enter a little flour to thicken the soup has been disbursed
  • Serve with french bread slices
